Have you given up on your walk with God? Do you feel like your fire and your love for God and his word has dried out? You have thought about it many times, even tried for a few days or weeks to follow God religiously but you kept falling flat.

I encourage you today, you can rise again! Those dry bones can live again! Like Ezekiel, arise and speak to that dead fire (Ezekiel 37:7-8). Prophesy into your spiritual life, speak to your spirit man, prophesy into your own life. Declare the word of God over your life.

Even as we are in the last days, it is more important than ever that we live consciously, recognising that the return of our Lord Jesus can happen at any time.

Refuse to believe the lies of the enemy that you cannot come out of that addiction, that vice, that behaviour, that besetting sin. If you fall, arise quickly again in faith asking God for help always. But decide in your heart that you will overcome and settle with God.

Are you unsure of your walk with our Lord Jesus Christ? Are you unsure of your salvation? Say This Prayer:

Dear Lord Jesus,

I admit that I have not known you. I have lived my life without consideration for you and done certain things that are wrong in your sight,

I am sorry Lord; I repent today and I ask that you forgive me of all my sins and wrongs. I believe through your word that you died on the cross for me, to save me from a life that may not please you.

I come now and ask that you take control of my life from today; I give it to you. Lead me, Guide me and Help me Lord to live every day in a way that pleases you.

Thank you Lord for I know by faith that you have heard and answered me.

Amen and Amen.

There are laws that allow private landlords to regain possession of properties they rent out. The process of eviction can take months or even a year, depending on the grounds. Expedited eviction may be an option in urgent cases.

Before an eviction can take place, many steps must be completed. As a starting point, the tenant must be notified of the intention to evict.

An eviction is decided by the court unless it is agreed by both tenant and landlord. The documents and claims are reviewed by the court. Afterward, they can determine if eviction is justified.

In the case of a successful eviction, the landlord can obtain enforcement assistance through the city’s bailiffs.

Note: Eviction results in homelessness, which is a very serious matter. Legal help is crucial if you’re being evicted.
